WELCOME TO NSS
The national service scheme (NSS) was initiated by the Government of India in year 1969. It aims at developing among students a sense of participation in nation building through Social work. This depend understanding of the social environment and enriches his/her personality through actual participation in day to day life of the society.
The NSS in the college start in 1998 with one unit of 100 students of Male & 100 Students of Female. The NSS unit has been functioning with full vigor and enthusiasm.
Aim: The aim of the NSS is “Education through community service”
Activities: following are some important program taken in the NSS unit of the college:
- Campus cleaning
- Tree plantation
- Awareness creation
- West land development
- Education service
- Celebration of Important days.
- Cultural activities
- Nukkad Natak awareness
- One day camp for plantation
- Special camp in selected village
